## Projects

- PhotoDump Export (available; macOS on Apple silicon, iPadOS, iOS; https://photodump.278labs.co.uk/):moves photos and videos out of iCloud Photo Library to storage you control, keeping metadata and album structure intact.
- Agents Control (open source; macOS, Linux; Ruby): a remote for iTerm2 and its AI agents (such as Claude Code) from Telegram. Terminal tabs, commands and screen reading, plus the agent's questions and permission requests as Telegram buttons. Source: https://github.com/saparjohnick/agents_control
- AirExtend (in development; macOS): streams the Mac's audio to any browser on the local network with latency down to about 20 ms. No app is needed on the phone.
- VideoDryer (in development; iOS): recompresses heavy videos on the device in the background and replaces the originals in Photos. Videos never leave the device.
- Kettle (free, coming to the App Store; iOS, iPadOS, macOS on Apple silicon; https://kettle.278labs.co.uk/): Siri and Shortcuts voice control for Redmond SkyKettle smart kettles over Bluetooth, plus light colour, sound, boiling time and temperature settings. No cloud, no account.
- Remote by Hand (in development; iOS and watchOS apps that control Android TV): an Android TV remote for iPhone and Apple Watch. The iPhone app pairs with the TV and accepts voice commands through Siri and Shortcuts; the Apple Watch app controls the TV with hand gestures.
